Terms & Conditions for Free Ticket to London or Paris or Frankfurt on Vietnam Airlines

Free Ticket to London or Paris or Frankfurt is organized by Sri America Travel Corporation Sdn Bhd starting from 01 Aug – 31 Dec 2022.

Only ONE Return Ticket for One Person to ONE selected destination will be given away in this Campaign.

Free Ticket to London or Paris or Frankfurt EXCLUDES - Visa fees, Airport taxes & fuel surcharges. Entries received after the Campaign Period will not be accepted.

To qualify, participants MUST purchase our Vietnam Tour Packages operated by Vietnam Airlines.

ONE [1] entry per booking purchased during the Campaign Period. Subject to fully paid purchased Tour Package during Campaign Period.

Cancellation during Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.

Free Ticket to London or Paris or Frankfurt is open to all citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia except Sri America Travel Corporation Sdn Bhd employees and their family members.

• Cut-off date : 31 DECEMBER 2022 @ 2359 HRS     
• The lucky participant will be notified by 15 JANUARY 2023

After 15 FEBRUARY 2023, the unclaimed Free Ticket will be forfeited and Sri America Travel Corporation Sdn Bhd will not entertain any communication with regards to the Free Ticket Campaign.

The Free Ticket to London or Paris or Frankfurt is not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the Free Ticket will be made.

The lucky participant will be selected randomly by a computer process and the decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Sri America Travel Corporation Sdn Bhd reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or site, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Rules and Regulations. Sri America Travel Corporation Sdn Bhd further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Sri America Travel Corporation Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right to change, amend, delete, or add to the Campaign Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

Sri America Travel Corporation Sdn Bhd may incorporate information from Respondents in the Campaign(s) in any database for use for the purpose of its business. The Respondent shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.

This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Sri America Travel Corporation Sdn Bhd and not to Facebook. By participating in this Campaign you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.

By participating in this Campaign, the Respondent is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
